Tinker Ma provided the architectural design for AkzoNobel Surface Chemistry’s L-Series Control Building. The new building is situated in the heart of an active chemical plant in close proximity to several live chemical reactors. The two-story building is blast hardened, providing plant operators a safe and comfortable place from which to work and visually observe a large portion of the plant.
